Quotes & orders
Quotes are valid for thirty days unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed upon artwork approval and deposit. Final invoicing reflects the specifications detailed in your approved quote.
Intellectual property
You retain all rights to artwork and brand materials you supply. We retain rights to templates, design tooling, and proprietary product designs. Photographs we take of your finished booth may be used in our portfolio unless you opt out.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the product or service supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
