Outdoor displays use different materials than indoor
Indoor tradeshow fabric is dye-sub polyester optimized for finish. Outdoor fabric is heavier — typically 600D or 900D denier polyester or vinyl mesh — engineered to survive UV exposure, wind load, and rain runoff. Hardware shifts from aluminum to fiberglass and steel, since aluminum corrodes faster in salt-air coastal environments. The single biggest mistake is using an indoor display outside; expect graphic fading within a few weeks of direct-sun exposure and frame failure in any wind above 30 km/h.
