Custom-printed items
Custom-printed booth graphics, banners, and accessories are non-returnable per industry standard. Once production has started — typically within one business day of artwork approval — the order is committed.
Manufacturing defects
If your order has a manufacturing defect — frame failure on first install, print errors not specified in the approved proof, missing components — we replace at no charge. Document the issue with photos within seven days of receipt and contact our team.
Shipping damage
All shipments are insured. If your booth arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents before fully unpacking and contact us within 24 hours. We file the carrier claim and produce a replacement at no charge if the timeline permits.
Color accuracy disputes
We use a G7-certified workflow with Pantone matching for color-critical orders. If the printed color falls outside 2 Delta-E tolerance from a supplied Pantone target, we reprint at no charge. For RGB-supplied artwork without a Pantone reference, color is best-effort and not eligible for reprint claims.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at full refund before artwork approval. Once artwork is approved and production begins, cancellation is subject to a restocking charge covering production costs incurred to that point.
