When tabletop is the right format
Tabletop-only show formats are common at career fairs, regional industry mixers, school open houses, and small association meetings. These shows allocate each exhibitor a 6ft skirted banquet table and nothing else — no floor space, no backwall, no power. A tabletop display is purpose-built for this format: a 4-to-6 foot wide curved or straight panel that sits on the back half of the table, leaving the front half for materials and conversation. Anything larger overhangs the table and creates a venue-management headache.
