Shipping & lead times.

Lead time by booth type

Standard production lead time on a 10ft booth is two to three weeks from approved artwork. Rush production at five business days is available with an upcharge. For 10×20 booths plan four to six weeks. For 20×20 islands and custom builds, eight to twenty weeks depending on complexity.

Within Canada

We ship to every Canadian province. GTA delivery is included on orders above $500 and runs same-week. Across-Canada freight runs from two to five business days depending on destination. We coordinate advance warehouse drop-off with the show's general contractor on every order — booth arrives at the venue ready for setup.

To US shows

Canadian booths exhibiting at US shows need temporary import documentation. We coordinate customs brokerage (carnet or temporary import bond) on every cross-border order. Allow 1–2 additional business days for border crossing.

Direct-to-venue vs. advance warehouse

Advance warehouse drop-off (the show's general contractor receives your booth 1–4 weeks before show and delivers to your booth space on setup day) is the safer option and what we recommend by default. Direct-to-show arrives at the venue loading dock during a specific window before show open — cheaper, more timing risk.

Drayage

Drayage — the union-handled service of moving your booth from the loading dock to your booth space — is invoiced separately from booth purchase and venue space rental. We provide the booth weight and dimensions you'll need to estimate drayage with the show's general contractor.

Damaged or lost shipments

All shipments are insured. If your booth arrives damaged, document with photos within 24 hours and contact us — we file the carrier claim and produce a replacement at no charge if production timeline permits.
