When you submit a quote, place an order, or sign up for an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), and order details. We retain order history, design files, and contact information so we can serve future reprints and reorders.
How we use it
We use your information to fulfill quotes and orders, communicate about your project, and follow up after events. We do not sell or rent customer information to third parties. We use Supabase (database) and Resend (email) as service providers to support these operations.
Cookies and analytics
We use minimal analytics to understand site usage. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account by emailing info@brandingcentres.com. We comply with PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy legislation.
