$50,000 to $250,000+ for typical 20×20 to 30×30 builds. Larger or more complex builds with multi-level, custom LED installations, or integrated AV can exceed $500,000.

What's the minimum lead time?

12 weeks for a moderate-complexity custom build. 16-20 weeks for builds with custom millwork, integrated AV, or multi-level structures.

Can a custom booth be reused?

Yes, if designed with modular sub-assemblies. Pure single-event custom builds are typically not designed for reuse without significant refurbishment.

Do you handle the full install on-site?

Yes — for custom builds at any major North American convention center we coordinate union I&D, electrical, rigging, and on-site project management.

Can I include integrated LED video walls or projection?

Absolutely. Custom builds frequently include integrated LED panels, projection mapping, or interactive touch surfaces. We coordinate with AV rental partners for the technology layer.
