What a pop-up display actually is
A pop-up is an accordion-style frame that snaps from a folded position into a curved or flat wall in about ninety seconds. Magnetic channel bars lock the structure rigid, then either fabric panels or printed velcro graphics dress the front. The whole booth — frame, graphics, and wheeled case — usually weighs under 90 lb and is checkable as oversized luggage on most airlines. Where tension-fabric displays prioritize a seamless finish, pop-ups prioritize speed and ruggedness. They are the workhorses of the trade-show world for a reason.
