Pop-Up Tradeshow Displays

Three to five minutes for an experienced two-person team. First-time setups, including unpacking the case, typically run twelve to twenty minutes. We include written and video setup instructions with every order.

Yes — that is the entire point. With normal handling our pop-up frames are rated for hundreds of open/close cycles. Graphics last roughly forty to sixty setups before showing edge wear. Replacement graphics are available as a standalone reprint.

Curved walls feel more immersive and visually softer, which works well for retail or hospitality brands. Straight walls maximize usable photo background and are preferred for sponsorship or step-and-repeat use. Both are the same depth and weight.

Lighting is sold as an add-on. We recommend two clamp-on LED arm lights for a 10ft wall — they make a noticeable difference in convention-center fluorescent lighting and add only 4 lb of travel weight.
