G7-certified workflow. Pantone PMS matching within 2 Delta-E tolerance. On-fabric proof before production for Pantone-critical brands.

File prep

PDF/X-4 output, 1-inch bleed, vector type outlined, CMYK conversion verified. Press-ready files filed for future reprints.

From quote to print-ready in 7–14 days.

Discovery

After your quote is approved, we collect your brand assets — logo files, brand guidelines, existing print materials. If you don't have a finalized brand system, we work from what exists.

First round

Design draft within 3–5 business days. Includes a backwall mockup, counter layout, and any accessory pieces (banners, floor decals). Delivered as a PDF with rendered mockup.

Revision

You review, request changes, we revise within 2–3 business days. Most projects converge in 1–2 revision rounds.

Approval & files

Once approved, we produce final print-ready files. These get filed in your account for future reprints — your design is yours forever.

Production

Files go to our production floor. Standard production runs 2–3 weeks; rush options available.

Design service FAQ

Is the design service really free?

Yes — two design rounds for the booth backwall and counter graphics are included with every purchase. Additional rounds or fully bespoke design service is available as a paid upgrade.

What does the design process look like?

After your quote is approved, our design team scopes your brand assets and requirements, produces a first round of booth artwork within 3–5 business days, you review and request changes, we revise within 2–3 business days, and finalize. Total design cycle is typically 7–14 business days for standard booths.

Do you do Pantone color matching?

Yes. Supply your Pantone PMS values with your file. We use a G7-certified workflow with calibrated proof-on-fabric for color matching within 2 Delta-E tolerance.

What if I already have a designer?

Great — supply us with print-ready files (PDF/X-4 with embedded fonts, 1-inch bleed, CMYK) using our templates and we go straight to production. We can also work with your designer on a back-and-forth basis to handle the print-specific details.

Can you provide a mockup before production?

Yes — every order includes a digital mockup rendering before print. For Pantone-matched or specialty fabric orders we also produce a physical fabric swatch proof.
