Etobicoke to Vancouver is roughly four to five business days by truck freight. For Vancouver-bound booths we recommend ordering eight to ten business days before show to accommodate production, shipping, and a one-day venue receiving buffer. We coordinate directly with the Vancouver Convention Centre's general contractor (Levy Show Service or Freeman, depending on the show) for advance-warehouse drop-off.
Booths shipped to Vancouver sometimes continue on to Seattle, Portland, or Calgary for multi-city tours. We provide additional travel-case upgrades for any booth heading on a multi-city BC and PNW circuit — the heavier case durability is worth the upgrade for frequent rebooking.
