Why tension fabric became the industry standard
A tension-fabric display is built from a snap-together aluminum tube frame stretched inside a custom-sewn dye-sublimated polyester pillowcase. Because the graphic is printed directly into the fabric fibers, there are no edges, seams, panels, or laminate films to crack or peel. The surface tension keeps it as flat as a photo print and the fabric itself is machine-washable. In the last decade tension fabric has overtaken pop-ups as the default tradeshow display category for any team that doesn't need configurability beyond a single show floor footprint.
