Above 400 square feet, modular systems start to lose efficiency — too many parts, complex installation, and a parts-count premium that erodes the budget. Fully custom build replaces aluminum frames with real architecture: drywall walls, painted MDF, real wood veneer, polished concrete or hardwood floors, integrated LED video walls, built-in millwork, multi-level decks, custom seating, and bespoke architectural lighting. The booth stops reading as a 'tradeshow booth' and starts reading as a permanent brand environment.
