Why 8 ft displays exist
While the 10×10 inline is the North American standard, many regional show floors — especially mid-sized hotel conference centers — use 8ft booth widths to fit more exhibitors into a smaller hall. An 8ft display gives you the closest equivalent to a 10ft visual presence in that footprint. Some 8ft formats are also used as the front face of a 10×10 booth, leaving the side walls for accent panels.
